What it does

Qualification is the “gate” between raw leads and real outreach — the goal is consistency, not vibes.

Hard filters (pass/fail)

  • Correct business type (exclude irrelevant categories)
  • Minimum data quality (phone/email present)
  • Geography constraints (postcode/region rules)
  • Compliance flags (if applicable)

Priority scoring (rank order)

  • Recent activity / freshness
  • Stock volume / size proxy
  • Signal strength (site quality, listings, etc.)
  • Historic outcomes (if you have data)

Audit trail

Every decision is attached to a reason (or rule ID), so you can review why a lead was rejected or prioritised.
